Mr. Anderson brings
proven property management experience combined with core knowledge
and vision as President, Conventional Housing of Allied Group, Inc.
His responsibilities include overseeing the successful management
of Allied’s conventional housing portfolio consisting of approximately
4,000 residences. He is a principal of Allied Group, In., assuming
an ownership position in early 1999. Having received his Certified
Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1994, Mr. Anderson has been
involved in the analysis, management, construction, leasing, rehabilitation,
and sale of residential and commercial property in the Puget Sound
region for more than twenty years. Mr. Anderson holds his Washington
Real Estate Broker license and is the designated broker for Allied.
His diversified background and analytical management skills add

Sloan
Jordan, CPM, CRE
President, Affordable Housing
With over twenty
seven years of executive and supervisory management in the property
management field, Ms. Jordan brings both national experience and
local expertise to the Allied Group. Ms. Jordan has supervised tax
credit, project based section 8, and local affordable housing programs
with account bases as large as 120 properties, valued in excess
of $500 million. Ms. Jordan is a principal of Allied Group, Inc.,
and offers her expertise in overseeing the management of the affordable
housing division. Ms. Jordan holds the prestigious Counselor of
Real Estate (CRE®) title, held by fewer than 1,100 real-estate professionals
worldwide. This designation enables her to give expert advice on
complex property and land-related matters. She has also been active
in the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), holding the
designation of CPM® as well as participating as an IREM® instructor.
Ms. Jordan is actively involved in the non-profit sector, providing

Melissa
J. Koenig, CPM
Vice President, Affordable Housing
Diversity is evident
in Ms. Koenig’s portfolio management. Her background includes over
fifteen years of experience in the management and development of
new construction lease-ups, supervision of tax credit conversions,
and coordination of major rehabilitation projects. It is this varied
background and extensive experience managing portfolios in excess
of $160 million that have combined, enabling her to coordinate successful
multifamily investments for her clients. Among her many talents,
Ms. Koenig has consistently delivered tax credits earlier than anticipated.
She manages multiple state, federal, and local housing programs,
federal and county relocation programs, and excels at stabilizing
management of individual communities. Her transit-oriented property
management experience puts her on the cutting edge of real estate

Andy
Claus,
Controller
From overseeing the preparation of precise financial
statements to insuring timely and accurate accounts payable processing,
Mr. Claus monitors and administers the books and records for all
of Allied Group, Inc.’s properties. He brings over 11 years of experience
to the team, with the majority of that time spent in the property
management field. Mr. Claus previously held the position of RIM
Center Coordinator for a national apartment REIT with accounts payable
and receivable responsibility for properties in Seattle, Portland,
and Salt Lake City. His background in financial analysis and reporting
is beneficial to both the management team at AGI and to our valued

Dunahoe,
Electrical Administrator/Safety Director
As a certified
Electrical Administrator with over 20 years in the construction
field, Mr. Dunahoe brings a variety of experience and knowledge
to Allied Group, Inc. His primary purpose is to ensure the safety
of both people and property by preventing hazards associated with
all phases of construction and maintenance—especially as it pertains
to electrical systems. His responsibilities include the coordination
of training programs for site maintenance staff and ensuring proper
procedures, techniques, and information are made available to equip
to meet OSHA and WISHA standards. Mr. Dunahoe holds a Residential
Maintenance Specialty Electrician license and is licensed as both
an O7 and O7B Electrical Administrator. Contact:
